Xi’an Simo Motor Co., Ltd. (Former Xi’an Motor Factory) is a key enterprise specializing in the researching and manufacturing of large and medium-sized motors, high and low voltage motors, AC and DC motors, explosion-proof motors as well as electrical products. We are a power system supplier integrating motor design and manufacturing, mechanical processing and automation with authentication of Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.

Founded in 1955, we have a history of nearly 70 years in motor and electrical products manufacturing and selling market. Simo motor, in 1995, took the lead in obtaining ISO 9001-1994 quality system certification in motor industry. In May 2006, it acquired the certification of ISO14000 Environmental Management System and OHSAS18000 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. In 2017, it acquired the China Quality Certification Center (CQC) ISO 9001-2015 quality system certification.

Simo motor has been certified by the quality and safety certification of products at home and abroad, such as AAR of USA, CE of EU, UL of USA, GEMS of Austria, KC of Korea, GEMS of Austria, GOST of Russia, and CCC of China and so on.

High Efficiency Explosion-proof Motor

This series of motor has good flameproof performance, high reliability and compact structure, it is effective, energy saving, safe and environmental friendly. This type of motor can be used to drive general machines, such as compressors, pumps, crushers, hoists, centrifuge and other transmission machines.

Frame Size: H132-H560; No. of Poles: 2P/4P/6P/8P/10P; Cooling Method: IC411/IC416; Rated Voltage: 380V/660V/1140V/6000V/10000V, this type of motor can be customized to meet different requirements of customers.

High Efficiency Motor

The high efficiency motor meets GB-18613 and GB-30254 Energy Efficiency Standard. It has the characteristics of low loss, high efficiency, compact structure, smooth operation, low vibration, long service life, easy to use and to maintain. The motor can be applied in machine tools, pumps, fans, compressors, reducers, transmission equipment, mixing machines, printing machines, agricultural machines and other mechanical transmission equipment.

Synchronous Motor

The synchronous motor is the heart of the power system, it has the advantages of high power factor, constant speed, strong overload capacity, available for full voltage starting, high reliability, easy to install and to maintain, etc. The motor can be adopted to drive general machines, such as mixing machines, compressors, pumps, fans, milling machines, hoists, cutting machines and transmission machines.

DC Motor

The DC motor adopts advanced design and makes full use of space, which is small, light, and with good performance. This type of motor can not only be used for DC unit power supply, but also suitable for static rectifier power supply. It has good dynamic performance, and can withstand high load change rate, especially suitable for smooth speed regulation, high efficiency, automatic speed stable and responsive control system. The electrical performance and frame size of this type of DC motor has reached or exceeded the indicators of similar imported motors.

Locomotive Motor

Under the premise of meeting relevant technical requirements of locomotive motors and bullet trains, and integrating the special working conditions of drag load type, SIMO developed the new generation of locomotive motor. The motor can withstand the shock and vibration generated during the operation of the motor. Besides, it can run normally under the influence of rain, snow, wind and sand. The locomotive motor is mainly adopted in railway transportation, internal combustion engine, driving hydraulic pumps, fuel pumps, fans, compressors and other auxiliary transmission machines.
