If removing the bearing and greasing of YE3 motor, the lubricating grease filled shall account for two thirds of bearing chamber. The scraper used should be avoided from touching any part of the bearing, because these residual fibers may be wedged between rolling elements and lead to damage, especially small bearing.

In the case of damage, the bearing shall be replaced in accordance with the printed bearing model in the nameplate. Before installing the bearing, it is required to firstly remove the burr, iron filings, rusting, and dirt of fitting surface. The tools for installation must be clean and burr-free. After installation, the rotation check must be performed for the bearing, to ensure the correct installation of the bearing.
