Motor Description

Developed by SIMO MOTOR, the YE4-180M motor achieves IE4 efficiency (GB 18613-2020/IEC 60034-30) with high-strength gray cast iron housings, corrosion-resistant copper windings, and IP55 protection (GB/T 4942.1). Designed for continuous operation (S1), these motors feature IC411 cooling, low vibration (≤1.8mm/s), and quiet performance. Compliant with IEC 60072/GB/T 4772.1 mounting standards, they replace outdated Y/YGM/YE2/YE3 models and excel in driving pumps, fans, compressors, and conveyors for energy-saving projects. Operational in -15℃ to +40℃ environments and altitudes up to 1000m, they support △/Y connections. Equipped with durable bearings (H80-450), they deliver extended service life: 20,000 hours (2-pole) and 30,000 hours (4/6/8/10-pole) under proper maintenance. Terminal boxes feature 180° rotatable mounting for flexible installation.
