    Motor Description

    The operating regime of an electric motor refers to the way the motor operates under specific conditions. According to the standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), the operating regimes of electric motors are mainly categorized as follows:
    S1 Duty refers to the continuous operation of the motor under rated load without overheating during operation. This kind of working regime is suitable for the occasions which need to run steadily for a long time, such as water pumps, fans, and so on.
    S2 Duty means that the motor runs under the rated load for a period of time and then stops, which is suitable for occasions requiring high loads for a short period of time, such as cranes.
    S3 Duty refers to the motor running under rated load for a period of time and then stopping for a period of time and then restarting, applicable to the occasions of cyclical work, such as conveyor belts.
    S4 Duty means that the motor starts and stops repeatedly under the rated load, which is applicable to the occasions requiring frequent starting, such as elevators.
    S1 Duty motors are able to maintain high efficiency and reduce energy loss when operating at rated load. This not only contributes to lower operating costs, but also reduces the impact on the environment.
    Since the S1 Duty motor is designed for continuous operation, it maintains stable performance over long periods of time, reducing the failure rate. This is especially important for equipment that requires long periods of uninterrupted operation.
    S1 Duty motors are relatively simple to construct and easy to maintain and service. Regular inspection and lubrication of the bearings and cleaning of the casing are all that is required to extend the life of the motor.
    S1 Duty motors are suitable for a wide range of operating environments, including high temperatures, high humidity, dust and other harsh conditions. This allows them to perform well in a wide range of industrial applications.
    The S1 Duty motor produces low noise during operation, which meets modern industrial requirements for noise control and is suitable for use in noise-sensitive environments.
